I moved to Wauseon after graduating and then to Toledo. I got a job at Sunshine Childrens Home as a direct care worker, working with children and adults with mental retardation and develpomental disabilites. I did this for 11 years! In the mean time met my husband in 1980 and were married in may, 1981. We had our kids fairly close( which i am glad) we were married 17 years and then unfortunatley divorced. I remarried (not a good thing ended badly! Oh well leave and learn. I gave my life to Christ and it has been the best years of my life, loving every day and enjoying it. I have a 5 month old grandaughter, her name is Nola Grace and she has captured my heart!!!! I am a nurse have been since 1996, I now am a supervisior at a facility with adults with MR and develpomental disabilites. They all are high functioning and a pleasure to work with. They have taught me more about life then I can ever teach them! I have returned to college and am in the LPN-RN bridge program at Owens.

Oh man this is tough... Remember being taller than all the guys. hated that! A teacher that taught English and yelled at you when you tried to rip a piece of notebook out of a spiral. She had this thing about cats and everyone made meowing noises, drove her nuts!!
